Workshop 2: Halalan Toyyiban Risk Management Plan: Halal Risk Assessment on Material, Devices, Tools & Equipments
- Halal Technical Component: The Halal Threat & Halal Risk

Workshop 3: Halalan Toyyiban Risk Management Plan: Halal Risk Assessment & Process
- Identification of Halal Critical Point
- Development & Verification of Process Flow
- Implementation of Control Measures
- Development of Corrective Action

Learning Outcome

At the end of the course, participant will be able to:
- Integration of Shariah requirement, quality control & quality management system in Halal Assurance System
- Identify Halal Critical Point through the whole process
- Establish and implement Halal Assurance System effectively
